S.T.O.M.P. II 는 SEAL Team 메디컬 스펙에 의해 디자인되어 모든 소재는 내구성이 뛰어난 1000 데니어 NyTaneon®과 모든 패딩은 폐쇄셀폼 (closed cell foam)으로 제작되었다
길이조절이 가능한 어깨스트랩과 가슴스트랩, 그리고 허리벨트는 편암함을 추구한다
옆면과 윗면에서 조여주는 스트랩은 완장 후 어떠한 작전상황에서도 끄떡없을정도로 튼튼하다
모든 지퍼는 silent pulls식이며 모든 블랙호크 시스템과 호환가능하다.
